നീ തീ Award 2024: The voice of Strength and Progress.

Women’s day is not only about the women celebrities and celebrated women leaders. Observation of the day is strong message honoring and remembering millions of women who fought for their cause all over the world. Step by step the rights women earned and brought them to the forefront. Today we have women leaders in almost all fields. Let it be art, politics or business, women have a strong presence everywhere. And this is not done by easy legislations and mere talks. Millions have struggled and millions have inspired others in this continuous path of struggle.

Curiously this year UN theme for women’s day is ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’. And Competitive Cracker is proud to be represented by a woman who has invested in herself. Mrs. Asha Bineesh, founder CEO of Competitive Cracker. From a software programmer in Mangalore, she redefined her horizon as an entrepreneur who now owns five ventures at the heart of Kerala’s financial capital, Kochi. The company, which started with a small YouTube channel, has grown to over 40,000 subscribers. Today we are offering 50+ courses for various competitive exams such as PSC, KTET, SET, NET, LP-UP etc. Along with her she has encouraged and inspired the growth of those around her. This influence is evident in the size of the teaching faculty in Competitive Cracker. Today Competitive Cracker is employing 160+ female teachers all over Kerala. For them she is not just a leader, her quality of leadership made her a part of their family. Opposed to the idea of an angry shouting boss, she manages to be a calm and smiling colleague. Since the inception of the company Mrs. Asha Bineesh is the strongest idea, which keeps the firm united.

In addition to the usual celebration the 2024 Women’s Day is special for Competitive Cracker. For the past few years, the cultural department of Kerala State convenes the നീതീ award ceremony under Vyloppilli Samskriti Bhavan. The award is bestowed upon to honor the strong female figures from various fields. And the ceremony is a sound statement that the cultural and intellectual awakening of a region is measured through the upliftment of women community of the region. Many women of eminence who are noted for their contributions to the society and women community through various forms of expressions and actions were honored in previous years. This year the award is received by Vimala Menon, the renowned Mohiniyattam exponent and the founder director of Kerala Natya Academy, Thiruvananthapuram, and K Omanakutty the famous musician. Along with these eminent personalities Mrs. Asha Bineesh received the prestigious award from the Soorya Krishnamoorthy the renowned Indian artist.
