PSC Thulasi Registration: step by step guidance

PSC Thulasi Registration might be a bit confusing for some applicants. Carefully reading the instruction and careful inspection of the site is important to have clarity about procedures of application, registration and so on. Please keep in mind to not rush as the information once submitted cannot be edited. If you want to make changes or correct the errors after submission, you will have to submit a request.

Please read the following instructions carefully:-

• To start with, you should visit the official website of PSC Thulasi thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in or you can go to the main website www.keralapsc.gov.in and enter Kerala PSC Thulasi portal by clicking on the One Time Registration Login button.
• Once you reach the PSC Thulasi Portal, you can see the New Registration link. This is to create a profile for you. Click on it to register only if you have not created a profile earlier.
• You will see a box to fill your details. You should give your personal details, User ID and password. You can fill the details in the blank spaces provided. Be careful to not make any mistakes as once it is uploaded, editing cannot be done.
• Create a user ID and password and remember, you will need it in the future everytime you have to apply. So you should note it down somewhere to remember.
• Give your Aadhar card number if possible or you can fill in later
• Then you have to declare that the information provided by you is correct by clicking on the check box.
• After that you have to enter the CAPTCHA code that is displayed as an image above. This is to ensure that you are not a bot.
• Then you will have to upload your photograph and signature, confirming that the below mentioned instructions are strictly followed.

1. Maximum size of image should be 30 Kb
2. Image dimension should be 150W X 200H px
3. Image should be in JPG format
4. Applicant name and date of photo taken should be in black color text with white rectangular background at the bottom of the photograph.
5. Maximum size of signature should be 30 Kb
6. Signature image dimension should be 150W X 100H px
7. Signature image should be in JPG
8. The signature of the applicant should be uploaded as a scanned image put on a white paper with blue/black ink.

The Hall Ticket will be available on your profile after the submission of confirmation for written examination. This is a very important step if you want to write the examination. Those who skip this step will not get the Admission Ticket/Hall Ticket without which appearing for the examination is of no use. Also their application will be rejected. The date to download the Kerala PSC Hall Ticket will be announced in the Kerala PSC Exam calendar of the respective month. Applicants can download their KPSC Hall Ticket from their registered OTR (One Time Registration).
