Staff Selection Commission Exam Notification

Staff Selection Commission Exam notification was released on 24 June 2024. According to the official notification the window of Staff Selection Commission registration will be open between 24.06.2024 and 24.07.2024 (Both dates are included). And the last date for the payment of fees will be 25.07.2024. All candidates who satisfies the official eligibility criteria can apply for the exam before the last date to apply.

SSC CGL 2024 Vacancies

CGL 2024 has been declared recruitment for 34 posts in various departments. The vacancies in various departments reported for 2024 CGL Exam is 17,727. The number of vacancies is much higher when compared to the previous year. Candidates preparing for this year’s SSC Combined Graduate Level.

Eligibility of SSC CGL

Candidates applying for various CGL posts need specific qualifications. CGL post-wise educational qualification are as follows:

Junior Statistical Officer

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University and 60% marks in 12th class Mathematics

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

Statistical Investigator Grade II

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all the three years or all the 6 semesters of the graduations course.

Research Assistant in NHRC

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Desirable Qualification: Minimum one-year research experience in any recognized university or recognized Research Institution. And degree in Law or Human Rights from a recognized university.

All Other Posts

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent

Candidates should ensure that you possess the above-mentioned qualification to apply for the corresponding posts. The applications of candidates without sufficient qualification will be rejected from appearing for SSC CGL upcoming exam. Candidates who are awarded degree on or before 1 August, 2024 can apply.
