The UGC Project & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, monitoring, and growth of the Project. The position will oversee academic operations, faculty coordination, student experience, marketing execution, sales support, student retention, and project performance.
The role requires effective coordination with the Academic, Faculty, Sales, Digital Marketing, Content, and Management Teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality student service, effective marketing execution, and continuous project growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Academic & Class Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily scheduled classes based on class, subject, faculty, and student requirements.
- Ensure all scheduled classes are conducted on time with minimum cancellations and rescheduling.
- Coordinate class schedules and ensure timely communication to students and faculty.
- Monitor and maintain daily records of:
- Classes scheduled
- Classes conducted
- Classes cancelled
- Rescheduled classes
- Reasons for cancellation
- Faculty-wise class completion
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
B. Faculty Coordination
- Coordinate faculty allocation according to student and subject requirements.
- Arrange faculty substitutions whenever required.
- Coordinate part-time faculty requirements.
- Monitor faculty availability, class completion, and overall performance.
- Communicate faculty-related requirements, concerns, and performance gaps to the concerned authority.
- Ensure effective utilization of faculty resources.
C. Student Academic Monitoring
- Monitor student attendance and class engagement.
- Track homework, tests, academic progress, and learning outcomes.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support.
- Monitor student satisfaction and learning experience.
- Identify potential dropout risks and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Maintain relevant student academic and performance records.
D. Student Communication & Satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with student regarding progress and academic requirements.
- Collect and analyse student feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of academic and service-related concerns.
- Monitor complaints, dissatisfaction, refund requests, and dropout risks.
- Coordinate with the concerned faculty or department to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain proper records of complaints and corrective actions taken.
E. Marketing Content Coordination
Coordinate faculty and project-related marketing activities, including:
- Promotional videos
- Educational Shorts/Reels
- Exam tips
- Subject-based educational content
- Webinars
- Academic guidance content
Ensure that planned marketing content is completed, edited, approved, published, and promoted within the scheduled timeline.
F. Student Content Development
- Identify marketing opportunities based on actual student requirement.
- Coordinate with the Content and Digital Marketing Teams for execution.
G. Cross-Functional Coordination
The coordinator shall work closely with:

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective communication and timely execution of activities across these teams.
H. Competitor & Market Monitoring
- Monitor competitor courses, pricing, offers, promotional activities, content, and market trends.
- Identify emerging student requirements.
- Provide relevant recommendations to management for improving the Project's services, marketing, and competitiveness.
I. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure all reports contain accurate and measurable data.
- Highlight performance gaps, operational issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
- Track project performance against defined KPIs and targets.
