Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the EdTech market
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/annual targets
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions
Conduct product demos, presentations, and counseling sessions
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
Manage CRM operations and maintain accurate data
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
