The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students preparing for UGC NET Chemistry, developing high-quality academic content, and contributing to student success through effective guidance and subject expertise.
Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentoring
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classes for UGC NET Chemistry aspirants.
- Explain complex chemistry concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and doubt-clearing support to students.
- Monitor student progress and help improve their exam performance.
Content Development
- Prepare and update study materials, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
- Develop mock tests, quizzes, and assessment materials aligned with the UGC NET syllabus.
- Review and enhance existing academic content to maintain quality and accuracy.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct tests and evaluate student performance.
- Analyze student results and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and learning strategies to students.
Academic Support
- Stay updated with changes in the UGC NET Chemistry syllabus and examination pattern.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty discussions.
- Support online and offline academic initiatives of the organization.
Qualifications
- UGC NET Qualified in Chemistry (Mandatory) OR
- Ph.D. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge across core Chemistry disciplines.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching UGC NET Chemistry or related competitive examinations.
- Experience in content creation, question paper setting, and academic mentoring.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
