We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team.
This is a practical, hands-on internship for candidates who want to learn how digital marketing works in a real business environment. You will work with our Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Faculty, and Sales teams and gain exposure to the complete marketing cycle-from content and social media to lead generation and campaign support.
You don't need to be a marketing expert to apply. We are looking for candidates who are creative, responsible, comfortable with digital platforms, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day digital marketing and marketing activities.
- Handle and update *YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels*.
- Upload YouTube videos and Shorts with approved titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and other details.
- Publish Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories.
- Monitor and reply to YouTube/Instagram comments and enquiries using approved information.
- Identify potential enquiries from social media and share leads with the Sales team.
- Coordinate *video shoots* with faculty and the Media team.
- Follow up on video editing, thumbnails, creatives, and publishing.
- Manage and engage *WhatsApp, Telegram, and other free student communities/groups*.
- Share approved videos, study materials, exam updates, webinar information, and promotional content.
- Support *webinar planning, promotion, registrations, reminders, and post-webinar activities*.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team with *Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid campaigns*.
- Collect, organize, clean, categorize, and share marketing-generated lead data with Sales.
- Conduct *competitor and market analysis* across websites and social media.
- Assist with posters, content, website updates, SEO-related activities, and marketing research.
- Maintain marketing calendars and activity trackers.
- Track basic social media and campaign performance.
- Submit structured daily work reports.
