Marketing Executive
Competitive Cracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing EdTech team. We specialize in providing online coaching and courses for competitive examinations, helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech, Education, Training, or Online Learning sector, with strong skills in campaign execution, brand promotion, and lead generation.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for online competitive exam courses
- Promote courses through digital and offline marketing activities
- Support admission-focused promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal and performance-based campaigns
2. Lead Generation & Promotional Activities
- Generate quality leads through marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to support lead conversion initiatives
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, workshops, and educational events
- Support student outreach and engagement activities through campaigns and promotions
3. Digital Marketing, Content & Creative Support
- Assist in managing social media promotions and online branding activities
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and campaign materials
- Support content creation for social media, promotional campaigns, and online marketing
- Assist in creating and designing YouTube thumbnails for educational videos, webinars, and course promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain marketing reports
- Support digital advertising and promotional initiatives across multiple platforms
4. Brand Promotion & Market Research
- Build awareness about Competitive Cracker’s online learning programs
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the EdTech industry
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and student engagement
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to support lead generation initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with external vendors, event partners, and marketing agencies
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Assist in organizing educational events, webinars, and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Promotions
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Online Learning sector preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Social media marketing experience
