We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating quality leads and improving campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage:
- Search Campaigns
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Display Campaigns
- YouTube Campaigns
- App Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Score and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Track conversions using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Keyword Planner
- Google Search Console
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech industry.
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads and App Install Campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
