Digital Marketing Executive
Competitive Cracker is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality leads for our courses and training programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Generate quality leads for courses and training programs.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Support branding, awareness, and student acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in promoting online courses, coaching institutes, or training programs.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic marketing creatives.
