We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Faculty cum Mentor for our CSEB preparation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive student guidance, content delivery, examination coordination, and continuous monitoring of academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership & Course Management
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of assignedprojects including completesyllabus coverage, latest updates in Previous Year Questions (PYQs), and examination
schedules
- Maintain accuraterecords of total enrolled studentsand active study group participants
- Ensure coursestructure integrity with all relevanteducational videos, introductory content, and syllabus documentation
- Monitor and evaluate recordedsessions through the application platform, recommending additions or replacements as needed
Student Engagement & Monitoring
- Facilitate effective group activities and maintain active student participation
- Conduct examinations with zero tolerancefor errors, ensuringfair and accurate assessment
- Execute live class schedules as per course demands with zero cancellations
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of live session attendance
- Generate and share examination rank lists, providingindividual student counseling as required.
Rporting &Documentation
- Submit comprehensive daily reports to reporting authorities covering all activities and student progress
- Prepare and share monthlyshoot and live session requirements by the 20th of each month
- Develop detailedproposals for new courses/projects including additional shoot requirements, expected live session count, and budget estimations
- Maintain and update studenttimetables, ensuring propercommunication and monitoring
Live SessionManagement
- Plan and execute monthly live schedules meeting batch merging requirements
- Achieve monthlytargets for live classes, studio shoots (if applicable), and mentorship sessions
- Ensure proper submission of work plans and work reports
- Maintain detailed records of live sessions conducted, cancelled, and allocated
- Participate in Quality Control processes for in-house live classes
Professional Development & Collaboration
- Contribute individually to overall course enhancement and student success
- Actively participate in final preparation sessions and examination analysis processes
- Collaborate effectively with marketing team members, providingvaluable insights and participating in promotional activities
- Collect, organize,and archive presentation materials from all in-house live sessions as per institutional guidelines
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- Master's degree in relevant subject area
- Strong academicrecord with expertise in CSEB examination patterns and requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in competitive examination preparation
- Proven track record in CSEB/UPSC preparation coaching
- Experience in online/digital education platforms preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital teaching platforms and educational technology
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create and manage educational content
