​Position Title: Civil Engineering Faculty / Trainer (PSC Competitive Exams)

​Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Content Delivery: Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and training sessions for civil engineering core subjects specifically structured for state or central PSC exams (Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Overseer, etc.)
​Study Material Development: Research, design, and update comprehensive study notes, question banks, mock tests, and previous year solution sets tailored to the latest PSC exam patterns and syllabus.
​Doubt Clearance & Mentorship: Guide aspirants through complex engineering concepts, numerical problem-solving techniques, short tricks, and time-management strategies crucial for competitive tests.
​Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare, conduct, and evaluate regular weekly/monthly tests, quizzes, and grand mock exams to track student performance and identify areas of improvement.
​Digital Integration: Leverage digital teaching platforms (smartboards, LMS, PPT-based teaching, and online streaming software) for hybrid or remote coaching modules.  
​Student Motivation: Keep students motivated, counsel them on exam strategies, and track individual progress throughout their preparation journey.
​Required Qualifications & Skills
​Educational Background:
​B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
​M.Tech / M.E. in Civil Engineering (Specializations like Structural, Geotechnical, Transportation, or Environmental Engineering) will be an added advantage.  
Experience:
​Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in competitive exam coaching (PSC, GATE, PSU, or SSC-JE).  
​Freshers with exceptional academic records, strong core civil fundamentals, and a passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.  
​Technical Knowledge: Deep clarity on core civil topics including Strength of Materials (SOM), Surveying, Fluid Mechanics, Concrete Technology, Geotechnical Engineering, and Estimating & Costing.
​Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex engineering problems in a simplified manner.
​Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
​Student success and selection rate in targeted PSC examinations.
​Student feedback and satisfaction scores.
​Timely completion of the syllabus and test series according to the academic calendar.
​Quality and accuracy of study materials and question banks developed.
