Academic Counsellor
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join Competitive Cracker. The role involves handling company-provided leads, telecalling, explaining online courses, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting enquiries into course admissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle leads provided by the company.
• Make outbound calls to prospective learners.
• Explain online courses, fees, batches, and enrollment details.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Convert leads and enquiries into course admissions.
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up status.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with telecalling and handling leads.
