Kerala PSC Legal Assistant Qualification 2023
The requisite qualification for Kerala PSC Legal Assistant exam is a degree in law recognised by the University of Kerala or any other University recognised as equivalent by the Government of Kerala. Find below the specific qualification required for this recruitment.
PSC Legal Assistant Educational Qualification
- A degree in Law from any University in Kerala or from a University recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala or recognised as equivalent.
- A pass in Bar Council Examination or an Advocate who is enrolled to Practice.
Note: The enrolment should be valid at least from the last date of receipt of the application and candidates involved in another profession will not be considered and their enrolment will be considered suspended.
PSC Legal Assistant Exam Age Limit
The age limit stipulated as per the gazette is a maximum of 36 years and the lower age limit is 18 years.
- Candidates born between 01/01/1987 and 01/01/2005 are eligible to apply.
- Age relaxation is also applicable as per the category and reservation mentioned in the addendum.
- Provisional candidates working in the same concern can avail for a maximum of 5 years from the upper age limit provided they have entered the service provisionally at the prescribed age limit.
PSC Legal Assistant Category Number
The PSC Legal Assistant Category No. 056/2023 will be conducting its exam in the forward year 2023-2024. In addition to the qualification specified in the notification, the eligibility criteria recognized by the executive orders or standing orders of Government indicating the specified qualification to be acceptable can also be taken into account.
