5. PSC Assistant Surgeon Age Limit and Qualification

The age limit for the post of Assistant Surgeon/ Casualty Medical Officer is between 18 years and 44 years. And the usual age relaxation is applicable for the reserved categories and the maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years. The required qualifications are as stated below.

  • The candidate must possess a degree in Modern Medicine (M.B.B.S) or equivalent qualification.
