The State Eligibility Test is a qualification exam constituted by the LBS centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. This exam is conducted by the state government to normalise the quality of education in Higher secondary School Teachers and Non-Vocational Teachers in VHSE. And a minimum pass in the exam is very crucial for the recruitment of higher secondary school teachers in the State. The application for Kerala SET exam commenced from 30^th March 2023. • The exam is constituted by LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram and authorized by the State Government of Kerala.

• The LBS SET Exam is conducted Biannually.

Kerala SET Exam Date 2023

The Kerala SET 2023 Notification was released on 29^th March 2023 for the SET Exam July session 2023. The minimum eligibility as prescribed by the state is a 50% mark in Post-graduation with a B.Ed. degree in the concerned subject. As per the notification the last date to apply for Kerala SET Exam was designated initially on 25^th April 2023 and was later extended till 10^th May 2023.
