Kerala PSC Thulasi - Applicants can now Edit their Profile!

Have you completed your PSC one time registration process? If you have already completed the registration process, we have good news for you. Earlier, the applicants didn’t have the access to make any changes in their own profiles. But now, according to Kerala PSC latest updates, the concerned authority has made certain amendments in this. Let’s see what it is…

According to Kerala PSC latest news, the candidates can edit their profiles from January 26, 2023. The editing can be done for everything except name, date of birth, photo and the signature. The applicants can also correct other details like caste and educational qualification if they somehow made any mistake at the time of the registering process. Earlier, the applicants were asked to visit the nearby PSC office for the same.

If you have finished the initial steps of your registration, but have not yet submitted the application, you have still enough time to make the edits. Earlier PSC officers were literally busy working on the profiles of the applicants, and this was much more time consuming for them. Hence, Kerala Public Service Commission announced the new rule in Kerala PSC official website. Those who have received one time verification certificate and those who haven’t got the same are now permitted to make the changes. The online application submitted after self-editing will be evaluated by the commission by sending OTP. Always note that the phone number given while submitting online PSC application will only be considered as your official contact number and the OTP will be sent to the same number only.

NOTE: Government employees/ people who are already in the service cannot edit their PSC profile for the time being. They have to follow the old rules which was followed by the Commission.
