3. Kerala PSC Staff Nurse Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Staff Nurse

• The candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Nursing recognized by the State Government.
• They should also possess a valid registration from the Nursing Council of Kerala.
• Extra experience will also be taken into account if there are more candidates.

The eligibility criteria for Staff Nurse Grade-II

• Applicants should have a pass in Plus Two/ Pre-degree (with science subjects) in V.H.S.E (Vocational Higher Secondary Education) and V.H.S.E in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent.
• A pass in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing or Midwifery course with a minimum 3 years duration.
• Certificate of registration from Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse (male) or Midwife (female).

The eligibility for Nurse Grade-II (Homeopathy)

• Candidates should possess S.S.L.C or its equivalent
• A pass certificate received from the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course conducted by the government of Kerala or an equivalent course recognized by the government.

4. Kerala PSC Staff Nurse Exam 2023: Exam Pattern

The exam pattern and syllabus for all Staff Nurse exam remains the same. There will be an overall of 100 questions that should be attempted within the total duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The exam format will be OMR with Multiple Choice Questions.
