1.Introduction

The Kerala PSC LD Typist exam is all set to happen on 16^th May 2023. The Junior Typist and LD Typist exam will be clubbed and conducted under SSLC mains level. The intimation regarding the admit card release will be intimated via SMS or your emails, however candidates should timely check their profiles and official websites for any announcements. The admit cards are usually released 14 days before the scheduled exam date and therefore we can expect it to be released by April last week or May first week.

I. Understanding the LD Typist Exam

The LD Typist exam curriculum mainly focuses on your Computer processing knowledge and skills and it has the most weightage among the whole syllabus. About 40 marks is allocated for Computer knowledge. The exam is conducted for a total of 100 marks having duration of 75 minutes in OMR mode.

II. LD Typist Syllabus

The LD Typist mains exam includes the following subjects and their corresponding mark weightage is also given as follows.

• I) General Knowledge & Current Affairs (10 marks)
• II) Computer Word-processing (40 marks)
• III) Typewriting (10 marks)
• IV) General English (20 marks)
• V) Regional Language (Malayalam/ Kannada/ Tamil) (20 marks)

5.	Regional Language (Malayalam) പദശുദ്ധി വാക്യശുദ്ധി പരിഭാഷ ഒറ്റപദം പര്യായം വിപരീത പദം ശൈലികൾ പഴഞ്ചൊല്ലുകൾ സമാനപദം ചേർത്തെഴുതുക സ്ത്രീലിംഗം പുല്ലിംഗം വചനം പിരിച്ചെഴുതൽ ഘടക പദം (വാക്യം ചേർത്തെഴുതുക)	20
