KERALA PSC KAS : EXAM PATTERN AND MARK DISTRIBUTION

Kerala Administrative Service Exam conducted by Kerala PSC which is also entitled as Civil Service of Kerala. For the second time Kerala PSC is conducting Kerala Administrative Services Exam. The official notification for this exam is expected soon.

The exam notification was published for the first time on 01.11.2019. The category numbers were 186/2019, 187/2019, 188/2019 for stream 1, 2 and 3. Kerala PSC held the prelims exam on 22.02.2020. The mains exam for the qualified candidates of prelims was on July,2020.

PHASE 3-INTERVIEW

The maximum marks allotted for interview is 50.

NOTE

1. For the final rank list, the marks of the first tier (Objective Exam) will not be taken into consideration
2. The Preliminary Exam is an elimination process or in other words it’s a screening test.
3. For main exam, the medium of instruction will be English. The candidates have the options to choose English or Malayalam.
4. The total marks for the interview are 50 marks.
