The applications are to be submitted online only through the One Time Registration on the official website and application submitted via any other mode will be rejected without notice.
The registered candidates can go to the official website and follow the steps below:
- Login the profile using the user ID and password created by you while registering.
- The home page shows the pop-up symbol linked to the notification tab.
- Click on the notification tab, and skim through the various posts notified.
- Select the appropriate post by clicking “Apply Now” button corresponding to the post.
- Candidates who are creating new profiles must upload a passport size photo taken within 6 months. The name of the candidate and the date of photograph should be printed legibly at the bottom.
- Also, the candidates should check the uploaded details, however PSC has introduced a profile correction option lately.

PSC Junior Language Teacher Hindi Qualification
A degree in Hindi obtained or recognized by the Universities in Kerala.
OR
A Title of oriental learning in Hindi awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala
OR
Praveen of Dakshina Bharathi Hindi Prachar Sabha Madras with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
Rashtra Bhasha Visarad (RBV) of the Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
A pass in Hindi Bhoosan Examination of the Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
WITH
Pass in Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test (KTET-IV)
Exemptions:
- Candidates who have acquired CTET/ NET/ SET/ M.Phil./ Ph.D. in respective fields and M.Ed. are exempted from TET qualification (M.Ed. need not be subject specific)
- Candidates who have acquired KTET-III are exempted from qualifying KTET-IV.
The above qualifications are applicable to both Full Time and Part Time positions.
Junior Language Teacher Salary 2023
The average scale of pay starts from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.58000/- for Part Time Junior Teacher (Hindi) and the average salary for Full Time Language Teacher ranges from 25,000/- to 54,000 as per the gazette date 16th August 2021. The salary fluctuations are subjected to the discretion of the concerned department as well as affected by the date of notification.
