The minimum qualification required for this post is a graduation in any stream from a university recognised by the government of Kerala or equivalent. This is an administrative level of job where you require to possess a decisive capability along with a prowess in dealing issues pragmatically. A Block development Officer should be in charge of the developmental activities in particular block or Panchayat allocated. Candidates can register through the ‘One Time Registration’ available through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission. The applicants once applied can login through Kerala PSC Thulasi profile using the credentials created at the time of registration. All future Kerala PSC recruitments will now on be applied through the PSC Thulasi profile of the candidate after One Time registration through the portal.

Kerala PSC BDO Eligibility

Kerala PSC BDO Eligibility stipulates to have a minimum degree or graduation as one of the essential requisites. The degree should also be recognised by the University of Kerala or it should be identified as equivalent. Kerala PSC BDO Age Limit ranges between 18 years and 36 years. Further, the requisite upper age limit relaxations are available for eligible candidates and should also be able to furnish the documents substantiating the claim.

The candidate shall have a Bachelor in Science, Arts or Commerce from any University recognised by the Government of Kerala. Now, click on to the notification tab and this will be navigated to the list of posts gazetted by Kerala PSC currently. Choose the post for which you want to apply by clicking on to ‘Apply Now’ tab. A new page opens up and prompt you to choose the language or medium of exam as well as the choice of exam centre. After confirmation and final submission, you can check the notification page for ‘applied’ status.

PSC BDO Prelims Examination 2023

The Preliminary phase exam for Kerala PSC Block Development Officer 2023 will be for 100 marks with a total number of 100 questions. For each correct responses ‘1’ mark will be awarded and ‘1/3rd ‘mark will be deducted for each wrong response. Further, the medium of the exam can be chosen by the candidate at the time of the application.
