Overview

PSC had released the notification inviting qualified candidates for the post of Skilled Assistant Gr II on 15^th September, 2023. The post was called district-wise to the department of Electrical Inspectorate. Also, Kerala Public Service Commission has officially declared the date of the exam and number of applicants for each district. Skilled Assistant Grade II 2024 Applicants

As per the official notification, only four districts are participating in the current recruitment process: Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Wayanad, Kasargode. Ernakulam has the highest number of applicants and Kasargode has the least number of applicants. Skilled Assistant Grade II 2024 Notification

Kerala PSC has released the notification for category number 265/2023 to initiate the recruitment process for the post of Skilled Assistant Grade II. All candidates can download Skilled Assistant Gr II 2024 notification pdf from the official PSC website. As per the notification anticipatory vacancy of one each has been reported in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam districts. Also, two vacancies in Wayanad and one in Kasargode has also been reported.

Educational Qualifications

1. T.H.S.L.C in Electrical Wiring and Maintenance of Domestic Appliances.

Or

2. Pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification and National Trade Certificate in Electrician.

Or

3. Vocational Higher Secondary Examination Certificate in Maintenance and Repairs of Domestic Appliances.

And the following qualifications shall be considered equivalent to National Trade Certificate in Electrician are as follows:

Skilled Assistant Grade II 2024 Exam Date

Skilled Assistant Grade II exam date has been declared by Public Service Commission in its 2024 April exam schedule. The officially declared Skilled Assistant Grade II exam date is 25^th April, 2024. Skilled Assistant Grade II 2024 Admission Ticket

The admission ticket for Skilled Assistant Grade II 2024 will be available in the registered PSC profile of candidates from 11^th April, 2024. The centre of examination will be mentioned in the PSC admission ticket itself. And all candidates will have to present a printout of the official admission ticket to the invigilator before examination begin. Candidates are advised to download and keep the admission ticket safely until the PSC recruitment process is over.

Kerala PSC Skilled Assistant Gr II syllabus has been released in the official website. The detailed syllabus is completely based on the trade and education related to the post. No general topics are included.
