Kerala PSC Staff Nurse Grade II 2024 Qualification

Three basic qualifications to become Grade 2 Staff Nurse, mentioned in the official notification, are listed below

• Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent
• Successful training for a period of not less than three years in General Sick Nursing.
• Candidates must have completed at least nine months of training in midwifery from a recognized institution, or a short-term course in Venerology, Urology, Psychology, or Ophthalmology at a major hospital. Successful candidates may also be eligible for appointment as Staff Nurse (female), subject to reservation and rotation rules.

Additionally, candidates with the following equivalent qualifications are also eligible for the post.

• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery
