KPSC Junior Inspector 2024| |Notification.
Kerala PSC has announced that it will be releasing the Junior Inspector of Co-operative Societies Notification on 29th December 2023. Last time the post was called in 2018 under category number 237/2018. The respective exam was conducted on 1st February, 2020. And the ranked list was published on 20th October, 2021. The main ranked list included 400 candidates and a total of 313 candidates received advice till December 4, 2023.
KPSC Junior Inspector 2024|Age Limit & Relaxation
Age limit for Junor Co-operative Officer as per the previous notification is 18-37 change in upper limit of age is expected. The age relaxation to al other categories will be accordingly. SC/ST candidates is allowed for a relaxation of 5 years and OBC candidates will be allowed 3 years relaxation n upper age limit. Exact dates of birth will be mentioned in PSC’s official notification.
KPSC Junior Inspector 2024|Qualification
Though basic qualification is considered to be B.Com. with Co-operation as special subject from any recognised University various other combination of degrees and diplomas are also considered. These are:
- B. Com Degree of Recognized University with Co-Operation as special subject.
OR
-
- BA or BSc. Or B. Com Degree of a recognized University
AND
-
- Higher Diploma in Co-Operation
OR
Successful completion of the subordinate Personnel Training Course conducted by the Co-Operative Department.
OR
Junior Diploma in Co-Operation awarded by the State Co- Operative Union, Kerala
OR
- BSc. (Co-Operation and Banking) Degree of the Kerala Agricultural University.
OR
- Diploma in Rural Services with Co-Operation as special subject awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education.
OR
- Co-Operation Degree (Bachelor of Co-Operation) awarded by the Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed University).
In the case of Supervisors/Inspectors/Ministerial Staff employed in Apex/regional/Central Co-Operative Institutions as well as employees of the Primary Co-Operative Institutions. The qualifications are as follows: -

- Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent.
- Higher Diploma in Co-Operation. OR Junior Diploma in Co-Operation
And
- Minimum service of five years as Supervisors/Inspectors or in any Ministerial Post in Apex/Regional/Central Co-Operative Institutions in the State or as Clerk/Secretary or Manager in Primary Co-Operative Institutions in the State.
KPSC Junior Inspector 2024|Pay Scale
The revised pay scale for Junior Cooperative Inspector s yet to be confirmed through official notification. As per the notification 237/2018 of Kerala PSC the pay scale for the post was ₹ 29,200 – 59,400
KPSC Junior Inspector 2024|Syllabus
Detailed syllabus of Kerala Junior Inspector of Co-operation will be released soon after the official notification is released. No great changes from the previous syllabus. Syllabus is divided into three parts, where Part I & II includes the core topics and Part III includes IT & Cyber laws.
