KERAFED Assistant Cashier 2024 Exam Date

KERAFED Assistant Cashier exam date has been announced by PSC in its April Exam Calendar. The exam for both General and Society categories will be conducted on 23^rd April, 2024. Message for confirmation will be coming to candidates between 22^nd January to 10^th February 2024. Candidates are advised to check the PSC profiles regularly and give the confirmation for examination between the last date. As per the official release admission tickets will be available in the profile from 9^th April, 2024.

Kerala PSC had released the notification towards assistant cashier post in KERAFED n two parts, Part I and Part II. Category number 095/2023 is the Part I, which is for the candidates from General Category. Category 096/2023 is Part, which is for the candidates from Societal Category. Both notifications were published on 15^th June, 2023 and the last date to apply was on 19^th July, 2023.

KERAFED Assistant Cashier 2024 Qualification.

Only candidates with Commerce background are eligible for the exam. As per the official notification the exact qualification for the posts are as follows.

• A Degree in Commerce or Master Degree in Arts of a recognised University with Cooperation as special subject.

Or

• BA/B.Sc/B Com Degree (3 Years) of a recognised University(after a regular course of study) + HDC of State Co-operative Union of Kerala or HDC/HDCM of the National Council for Co-operative Training or successful completion of the subordinate (Junior) Personnel Cooperative Training Course.(Junior Diploma in Co-operation.)

Or

• Diploma in Rural Services with Co-operation as optional subject.

Or

• B Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from a UGC recognised University/National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institutions established by the Government of Kerala.

KERAFED Assistant Cashier 2024 Age Limit

As in all PSC Exams age of the candidates plays a decisive role in Kera Fed Assistant Cashier Exam also. Only candidates aged between 18 and 40 were eligible to apply. That is the candidates born between 2^nd January, 1983 and 1^st January, 2005 (Both Dates included) are eligible. Further, for candidates belonging to Other Backward Community is eligible for relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years. Also. Candidates from SC/ST communities get relaxation for upper age limit up to 5 years.

PSC has clearly mentioned in its official notification that the upper age limit of candidates with or without relaxation must not cross 50 years.

KERAFED Assistant Cashier 2024 Vacancy

PSC KERAFED Assistant Cashier Exam will be conducted statewide and vacancies and the selected candidates will be appointed all over Kerala wherever vacancy is present. As of now 12 vacancies are reported for General Category notification (095/202) and 11 vacancies are reported for Society Category (096/2023).
