Three vacancies in Kozhikode is reserved for the candidates from PwD category. In the absence of eligible candidates from the preferred category, PSC will choose candidates from General Category.
JLT Hindi Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants applying for JLT Hindi Exam must fulfil all eligibility criteria regarding Age-limit and educational qualification.
Age Limit
Candidates must be born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included. Candidates belonging to OBC, SC/ST are eligible for an age relaxation. The upper age limit of OBC candidates will be 43. And for SC/ST candidates the upper age limit will be 45. Candidates who claim any of the above-mentioned age relaxations should produce relevant documents at the time of document verification.
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification for the candidates applying for the upcoming JLT Hindi exam is important. All the candidates should have cleared the relevant qualifying exams or the equivalent exams.
Candidates must have passed KTET category 4 and any one of the following courses or degrees:
- A Degree in Hindi conferred or recognised by the Universities of Kerala
OR
- A title of Oriental learning in Hindi awarded or recognised by the Universities in Kerala
OR
- Praveen of the Dakshina Bharath Prachar Sabha, Madras with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner of Govt. Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
OR
- Rashtra Bhasha Visharad (R.B.V) of the Dakshina Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Governance Examination Kerala or its equivalent
OR
- A pass in Hindi Bhooshan Examination of the Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent
OR
- A pass in Hindi Bhooshan Examination of the Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha with a Pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner of the Government Examinations, Kerala or its equialent.
